By using our website, requesting a quote, or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
All quote requests are subject to review and approval. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to refuse any quote request or order at our discretion.
Your order is not confirmed until we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse to accept or may cancel an order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Custom sign orders require approval of a design proof before production begins. Once you approve the design proof and production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website or in communications with you. If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you with the correct price.
Prices do not include applicable sales tax, shipping fees, or other charges unless specified. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
We ship to all 50 states in the United States. Standard delivery timeframes:
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery and reporting any damage within 48 hours.
Standard, non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if we made an error in your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the product at no charge or issue a full refund.
We warrant that our products are manufactured to meet or exceed OSHA and ANSI Z535 standards and are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from delivery.
While our signs meet OSHA and ANSI standards, you are responsible for ensuring that the signs you order are appropriate for your specific application and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
THE WARRANTIES STATED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of defective products.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Safety Sign Dept or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
For custom signs incorporating your logos or designs, you represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use such materials and grant us a license to reproduce them on your products.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from our website without our prior written permission.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Safety Sign Dept and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our products or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state where our business is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
