Q: When will my order ship?

Standard signs ship within 1-2 business days. Custom signs ship 3-5 business days after you approve the design proof.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes, but only before the order ships. Contact us immediately at [email protected] to update your address.

Q: Do you offer Saturday delivery?

Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee on expedited and rush orders. Contact us for details.

Q: What if I'm not home when the package arrives?

Most packages are left at your door. For signature-required deliveries, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for pickup or rescheduling.

Q: My tracking shows "delivered" but I didn't receive it?

Check around your property, with neighbors, or building management. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 48 hours and we'll file a claim with the carrier.
